The Fiend Fruit is a Mythical Paramecia that lets you manipulate blood. And not in a creepy way – in a "drain your enemy's health while dishing out massive damage" way. It's rated S+ in both PvP and PvE because the life‑steal keeps you alive through almost any fight. If you like aggressive, sustain‑based combat, this is your fruit.

🩸 What does the Fiend Fruit actually do?

Z – Blood Manipulation

You control blood around you, dealing damage and stealing a portion of the enemy's health back to you. This is your bread‑and‑button for sustain. Mastery 1.

X – Blood Surge

A massive wave of blood energy that hits everything around you. Great for clearing mobs or turning the tide in a group fight. Mastery 50.

F – (Future ability)

No F ability yet – developers might add a full transformation or ultimate later. For now, Z and X are your core tools.

What's great:

  • Insane damage output – one of the highest in the game
  • Life‑steal keeps you fighting longer than any other fruit
  • Works in both PvP and PvE – very versatile
  • Can drain tank through boss mechanics

What's not so great:

  • Mythical rarity – 0.5% drop chance, same as Dragon Fruit
  • You need good timing to maximize life‑steal (it's not automatic)
  • No utility outside of combat – no flight or speed boost

This fruit is a monster in any fight where you trade blows. In PvP, you can out‑sustain opponents who rely on burst. Against bosses, the life‑steal lets you skip dodging some mechanics and just heal through them. It's less useful for speed runs or farming because it has no movement abilities – but for straight up fighting, it's top tier.

Same odds as any Mythical – about 0.5%. Prepare to spin 150–200 times on average, or get lucky. Save Gems for 2x Luck events.

Trade with other players

Since it's highly sought after for PvP, you can often trade another Mythical for it. Check Discord trading channels.

Boss drops (very rare)

Some Sea 2 bosses have a tiny chance to drop Mythical fruits. Not reliable, but a nice surprise.
